• Our officers have the skills to de-escalate situations even when people are intoxicated.
• Our officers will always, as part of their contractual agreement keep written records of any occurrences no matter how small they may seem. Reporting to a supervisor/safety officer and our control room any damage or defect which is likely to pose a threat to spectators “health and safety” example: a damaged seat or barrier.

They also understand their care duties including directing patrons to refreshments, toilet and facilities.
